Each session starts with analyzing the stress, narratives and emotions causing your energetic blocks and identifying where you carry them in your mind, body or soul. The intuitive energy work I do with you in these sessions is gentle and guided by your body’s energetic field and it’s needs in that moment. Together we will identify the blocks and decide the course that would serve you best and honor your mind, body and souls needs too.
Sessions are in person within the Los Angeles area or via zoom.
